Tuition is offered - for each of the keyboard instruments - pianoforte, clavinova, electronic keyboard and organ.

Progress through the grades or play for fun.

A traditional and modern approach to teaching are interwoven opening up effective access to many musical styles.

An innovative method of studying and performing from jazz chords symbols.

Tuition for each of the 4 main orchestral string instruments is available including violin, viola, 'cello and double bass.

Emphasis is placed on good technique from the outset providing a solid foundation on which to build one's skill

Woodwind - tuition in flute, sax and clarinet cater for beginners through to those taking the higher grades.

For those not wishing to participate in any music examinations an innovative, fun packed alternative is available.

Topics Include: improvisation; arranging; score writing; or performing jazz, popular music, film music and classical, each genre performable to 'big sounding' backing tracks. Great for woodwind.

Theory of Music elevates the music student to a new level. Instead of merely playing the instrument the student learns to understand the subject. This opens the door to improving one's performance skills, compositions, teaching skill, musical analysis and perception. Suddenly music begins to make more sense to the performer.	Drum and Percussion tuition focuses on establishing good coordination skills before moving into the world of exploring an extensive range of well known groove patterns, effective drum fills, technique and improvising in solo work - all but the latter are supported by learning how to read notation.		Electric Guitar and Bass Guitar are taught using a combination of systems. Reading from traditional notation is always a useful skill to accomplish but tab can be an alternative approach.
